Layout of bearings

Your spe­cial re­quire­ments de­term­ine the lay­out of our bear­ings. We will com­ply ex­actly with your re­quire­ments such as work life, noise lim­it­a­tion, main­ten­ance-free as well as suit­able type of the bear­ings. Ad­di­tion­ally, we keep the min­imum cost level as you wish.

In cal­cu­la­tion of the work lifespan we in­clude all im­port­ant factors in the work en­vir­on­ments for in­stance, the work­able force and mo­ments on the bear­ings as well as re­volu­tion.

In terms of bear­ing lay­out we also cal­cu­late the elastic de­form­a­tion in the sys­tem of the shaft/hous­ing, to­gether with the in­stall­a­tions, for in­stance the match­ing status.

With spe­cial work con­di­tions such as very high tem­per­at­ure, very low tem­per­at­ure, high re­volu­tion or heavy force loads, we also have con­sid­er­a­tions and re­lated pro­vi­sions.
