Evaluation

We evaluate whether the ball bearing is suitable for a certain application or not. For this purpose our engineers and technicians will trace back the different assessments on service life calculations. Our comprehensive experiences in similar bearing conditions support us in the evaluation of the bearing for your special case.

In the real application situation people cannot cover all the impacting factors in fact. This will result in the layout with slightly deviation from the theoretical calculation.

We can draw a clear conclusion from the status of function area of the bearing through the evaluation procedure. Nevertheless, the characteristics of ball contact and specially the type of fatigue give us some hints of impacting situation, also the function and damage situation of the bearing.

Through the evaluation we determine the general conditions of the ball bearing. With this inspection we also develop those structural components meeting your requirements. Additionally we perform a comprehensive evaluation on functions and failure of the ball bearing.
